Claire Meadmore

ECE, ITE, SNE


Claire grew up on Vancouver Island and has always dreamed of working with young children. She became an Early Childhood Educator in 2005 and has since gained experience in a variety of early childhood settings. In 2014, after the birth of her oldest daughter, Claire and her husband, Jesse, built Just Peachy Child Care. What began as a small dream has grown into two centres serving many local families, and Claire is proud to see the program thrive as part of the community.

As owner and director, Claire is dedicated to supporting her team of educators and fostering a workplace culture built on collaboration, care, and respect. She is passionate about creating nurturing, play-based environments where children feel safe to grow, explore, and discover at their own pace. As both an educator and a parent, she values strong connections with families and believes deeply in the importance of the early years.

Claire lives on the Peninsula with Jesse, their children Georgia, James, and Layla, and their dog, Winnie, who is a much-loved part of the daycare community. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing baseball and exploring the outdoors.


Kailee

ECE, ITE, SNE


Kailee was born and raised in Sidney, BC, alongside her younger brother and sister. She completed her Early Childhood Education and Care Diploma with Infant/Toddler and Inclusive Care specializations and has been part of the Just Peachy team since 2018. Kailee is dedicated to supporting children’s growth and enjoys guiding them with patience, warmth, and care. She lives in Saanichton with her husband, Cody, their children William and Ayla, and their dog, Lina.


Jadyn

BCYC, ECE, ITE, SNE


Jadyn was born and raised in Brentwood Bay and has always felt connected to the natural beauty of Vancouver Island. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Youth Care with a specialization in Early Years and is currently completing a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education and Pedagogy. Jadyn is especially passionate about nature-based and farm-based education, providing children with rich, hands-on experiences in natural settings. She lives locally and enjoys time at the barn with horses, surfing, hiking with her dog Frankie, and travelling.


Liana

ECE, ITE


Liana was born and raised in Victoria and has worked as an Early Childhood Educator and Infant/Toddler Educator for nearly 15 years. She began her career as a substitute educator, supporting programs across the Peninsula and Greater Victoria, before continuing her studies in the field. Liana values play-based learning and creates opportunities for children to explore through art, loose parts, and open-ended materials. She lives on the Peninsula with her partner, Chris, and their children, Crew and Leia.


Stacia

ECE, ITE


Stacia has lived in Central Saanich for most of her life and has enjoyed building strong connections within her community. She is both an Early Childhood Educator and Infant/Toddler Educator and is currently working toward a Child and Youth Care degree at the University of Victoria. Stacia is caring and patient, creating spaces where children feel safe, confident, and free to be themselves. She lives in Central Saanich with her husband, AJ, their twin boys, Parker and Cooper, and their dog, Summit.


Robyn

ECEA, ECE Student


Robyn grew up on the Peninsula and has lived in Victoria for most of her life, with five years spent overseas in Australia. Before beginning her Early Childhood Education studies, she worked as a floral designer for more than 15 years. Robyn is passionate about supporting children as they build confidence, independence, and creativity through everyday experiences. She enjoys living on the Peninsula, where she spends time by the ocean, exploring her community, and gardening.


Reily

ECE, ITE, SNE


Reily grew up on Quadra Island and now lives in Victoria with her partner, Cohen. She completed her Early Childhood Education with Infant/Toddler and Inclusive Care specializations and is passionate about creating environments where children feel capable, confident, and celebrated for their unique strengths. Reily is also dedicated to supporting children’s mental health and advocating for families in her community. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, puzzles, being active, and walking by the ocean.


Vanessa

ECE, ITE


Vanessa moved to the Peninsula with her family when she was eight years old and has called it home ever since. She completed the Early Learning and Childcare program at Camosun College, including her Infant/Toddler specialization. Vanessa values building strong, caring relationships with children and families and feels grateful to be part of the Just Peachy team. She enjoys reading, going for walks, and playing video games in her spare time.


Olivia

ECEA, ECE Student


Olivia grew up on the Peninsula, where she continues to live today. She is currently completing her Early Learning and Care studies at Camosun College and plans to pursue a Child and Youth Care degree at the University of Victoria. Olivia has always been passionate about working with young children and is eager to create meaningful connections with families. Outside of school and work, she enjoys camping, spending time at the beach, and being with her family and dogs.
